Cleaning - Commercial
A significant component of our existing portfolio, our Commercial cleaning services consists of daily cleaning to over fifty premises within the CBD location in a combination of high-rise and low-rise offices ranging from a few hundred metres to in excess of 25,000 square metres.
In addition to the CBD premises, Airlite also provides services to suburban commercial buildings ranging in size, type and location, primarily within the metropolitan area.
Our services within these facilities include three, five and seven day per week cleaning routines, day and night servicing and the provision of part or full time tea persons and kitchen coordinators.
All of our staff hold national police clearances and are required to successfully complete a comprehensive employee induction process. Additional training and clearances are attainable subject to site specific needs including White Card and Working With Children accreditations. We ensure staff are well presented in distinguishable corporate uniform and wear appropriate photographic identification.
In addition to the daily and weekly cleaning requirements, our Special Projects Division also provides ancillary periodical maintenance cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, high dusting, window and glass cleaning. This in-house team allows Airlite to provide for all aspects of commercial cleaning services through a single managed provider.
