Airlite’s service has evolved in time, adapting to significant industry changes to include a strong focus on Public Liability, including mall monitoring, customer assistance and incident management. Our retail operators are provided with specialised training to ensure that customers and tenants can enjoy a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment in which to shop and work.
Being specialists within the retail cleaning field, a full service solution can be adopted to encompass the routine and periodical cleaning functions and extend to the provision of maintenance, customer service, administrative and facilities management staff. In addition to these, management of security, sweeping and pest control subcontractors can also be adopted within the larger retail centres.
Our all inclusive retail service approach includes provision of Health & Environmental Services and consumable and paper product supply and delivery.
Airlite’s Specialist Project Division undertakes all periodical cleaning services with experienced operators to complete hard floor maintenance (stripping and sealing and recoating services), high access dusting and window cleaning, periodical roof cleaning and pressure cleaning. Our operators are familiar in various methods of shopping centre floor maintenance including water based surface sealers for terrazzo, marble and granite floors, penetrative sealer application and Twister polishing maintenance processes.
