In 2002, recognising the benefits of integrated service provision, the Airlite Group of companies acquired Central Building & Maintenance 2002 Pty Ltd (originally formed in 1994), which today forms an integral branch of our service provision to provide complimenting trade services, with a focus on the Commercial and Insurance industries.
The inclusion of the primarily insurance based building and maintenance business provided a strategic corporate development to ensure that the Group could provide a fully inclusive and diverse range of services to our existing and potential clients.
With offices located in Perth, our services have evolved to include rapid response to natural disaster locations with our building assessors and a vast network of tradespersons available for deployment to manage all manner of works in metropolitan and rural areas of Western Australia.
Our team of building assessors and specialist tradespersons are customer service focused to ensure that building solutions are delivered on time and in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
More recently the services of Central Building and Maintenance were expanded to provide building refurbishment, repair and de-fit to commercial, retail and industrial facilities. We can provide a wide range of services tailored to meet the specialised requirements in this area.
All staff undergo specialist inductions to ensure they are familiar with the site specific requirements and particular needs of each client’s premises. Our services are tailored to meet these requirements and achieve the timeline/ budget constraints, whilst delivering a high quality finish.
