Specialist Cleaning Technician Required

Description: Airlite Group is a multi-disciplined cleaning and specialist services organization with our head office based in Perth, Western Australia. We are seeking the services of a self- motivated, enthusiastic specialist cleaner to join our diverse team of cleaning technicians.

Successful applicants will possess:
•C Class Australian drivers licence (manual)
•Responsive, Quick thinking & Positive attitude
•The desire to learn new skills & Produce high quality work outcomes
•Excellent communication skills with a Client Relations & Customer Service focus
•The Ability to work in a team or as an individual throughout the metro area
•Health & Safety awareness

Personal Assistant

The position offered is in our Marketing Department within a sales and marketing team. You will be working directly with our Marketing Manager WA and his small but dynamic team. A fast paced and diverse role will offer both opportunity and challenges for a competent professional.



Duties will include:
•PA/secretarial and administration support to the Marketing Manager WA.
•Tendering assistance, document and proposal preparation for submissions
•High level admin and secretarial support to a small group of managers.
•Diary and e-mail management for the above.
•Preparation and editing of reports and marketing proposals – usually in photoshop, word, excel or power point.
•Invoice preparation.
•Setting up client appointments.
•Scheduling seminars, training and travel arrangements
•Attending meetings, preparing agenda and taking minutes
•Assisting in various one off projects, such as events and special projects.

Maintenance Services Manager

We require the services of a Full Time Maintenance Service Manager to lead our Maintenance division.

The role involves the quoting and coordination of both internal staff and contractors for completion of building maintenance works in both commercial and retail premises.

Larger scale projects including shopping centre tenancy de-fit works are also undertaken from time to time and experience in this area would be advantageous although not essential.

The successful applicant for this role will have the following attributes:

Seeking a Casual Maintenance Technician

Location: Osborne Park

Description: Our company services a number of major retail and commercial centers within the Perth Metro area and is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with a “Make It Happen” attitude. You will provide an overall general maintenance service and have outstanding customer service to key clientele.

The position would ideally be suitable to a carpenter or, or someone with a wide range of handy man skills. Each day will bring different tasks from small carpentry, plumbing work and plasterboard repairs.

This position is for a casual operator who must be available adhoc, sometimes at short notice and be willing to travel between sites in the Metro area between north and south of the river.

Reporting to our head office you will be required to perform basic building maintenance tasks.

Successful candidate must:-

• Have a high standard of presentation and workmanship;
• Be reliable, punctual, tidy and hardworking;
• Be self-motivated with a stable work history, and is able to undertake all aspects of building maintenance;
• Demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and written;
• Possess good time management attributes;
• Be able to work independently and as part of a small team;
• Be safety focused and understand current OSH and legal requirements;
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a commercial environment;
• Must have experience on both large and small sites;
• Have a keen eye for detail; &
• Good customer service skills is important and the ability to maintain high work standards
