Airlite has maintained a service delivery relationship at this site for over 28 years. This has seen the service model on site change significantly as the physical attributes of the Centre has changed through two redevelopments as well as the construction phases of each development.
As well as the physical building changes, the retail environment has changed rapidly over the years with a focus on the customer experience and improved facilities/services.
Airlite has maintained a constant focus on service and remained flexible through all these periods ensuring that our service delivery was always relevant to our client’s needs.
Today the Centre is undergoing another major redevelopment with Airlite providing a range of Facility Support Services including cleaning, maintenance and customer service desk operations.
